1. Who is the controller
The controller of your data is iaS, based at MAD Tech Campus, Madrid; you can write to us at hola@aisafety.es about anything related to your data.
2. What data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily give us when you fill in our forms, register for an event or write to us, such as your name, your email address and any information you choose to include in your message or request; we also obtain anonymous, aggregated visit statistics, without cookies or personal identification.
3. What we use it for and on what basis
- Replying to your messages and requests, on the basis of your consent.
- Managing your registration and participation in our events and activities, on the basis of your request to take part.
- Sending you information about iaS, only if you have asked us to, on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Understanding, in aggregate, how the website is used in order to improve it, on the basis of our legitimate interest.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Who else processes your data
To operate, we use providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), Google (receiving forms), FormSubmit and Jotform (forms), Airtable (storing registrations), Luma (event management) and Umami (anonymous statistics); some of them are in the United States, so the data transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which we collected it and, at most, 2 years from your last contact with us, unless the law requires us to keep it longer or you ask us to delete it sooner.
6. Your rights
You can access your data, rectify it, delete it, object to its processing, request its restriction or portability and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hola@aisafety.es; if you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
